In celebration of the International Day of the Girl, Africa’s fastest growing technology solutions company, Concept Nova, joined the United Nations in supporting and encouraging young girls to pursue their dreams, lift up their self-esteem and celebrate their talents through a Career Day seminar which held at The Lagoon School, Lekki recently.
Speaking at the event, Lead Research and Development Engineer at Concept Nova, Adeola Agbonyin stated the technology company’s commitment to reducing the brain drain in the country by encouraging young talent to harness their talent, skills and technology towards becoming solution providers.

Our Career Day seminar at The Lagoon School Lekki, is our way of helping the students understand that they can become much more than they imagine when they follow their dreams, explore their interest in technology and dare to make a difference in society”, Agbonyin said
There was a hands-on workshop with the students to engage the students and show them the fun ways technology can be used. At the workshop, the students were divided into two groups, each group of students had a practical demonstration on the operations of an Electrical Power Alarm System.
On their part, the students lauded Concept Nova for taking the time and dedication in imparting knowledge on the special day through the event. They could not hide their excitement and were quick to appreciate the organization for reinforcing the knowledge and interest in technology. The Career Day seminar was attended by over 70 students.
